1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and intangible nature of premium features, Wings Media does not offer refunds or cancellations. Performance begins immediately upon payment.

• Verification: Please ensure your HLS/M3U8 links are functional in the free version before upgrading.
• Non-Transferable: Subscriptions and purchases cannot be transferred or refunded due to change of mind.

2. Terms of Use (Intermediary Status)

Wings Media is a "Blank Player" and does not host any media. Under Section 79 of the IT Act, we act as a neutral intermediary. Users are solely responsible for the copyright status of the content they stream.

3. Billing & Payments

We support Direct Billing (UPI/Card) and Local Operator Billing (Carrier). All payments are processed via secured gateways following the RBI 2026 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) framework.

4. Privacy (Zero Data Policy)

In line with the DPDP Act 2023, we do not collect your streaming history or personal files. Processing happens locally on your device.
